My business started back in 1979 when I published the "U.N.C.L.E. Hq Newsletter" (a fanclub newsletter for THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. tv series). During that time I helped many fans add books and other items to their collections for this and other tv shows (books, magazines, photos and other related items). Some fans may remember the conventions I also put together called SpyCon.
Over the years I sold movie/tv collectibles at conventions (1979-2000) and through mail order flyers that I sent out with the newsletter. In 1998 I joined eBay to add to my U.N.C.L.E. collection and decided to sell on eBay instead of at conventions to reach more fans.
As a seller on eBay I have a 100% positive feedback rating with a Dashboard rating of 5. (My eBay ID name is UncleHq).
Due to eBay's ever changing restrictions I decided to close my eBay store (Kissy's Books and Treasures) at the end of September 2009. I believe customers should have more than one option when paying for an item and not be forced to use only PayPal.
